Hash Brown Potatoes

So one thing that I make frequently because they are quick and easy are hash brown potatoes. I make them with almost anything steak, sandwiches, or breakfast. They are quick, easy, and delicious.





Home Fries

2 Large Servings
3 Russet Potatoes
2 Teaspoon Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Butter
1 Teaspoon Paprika
Salt and Pepper to your liking ( I used 1/2 teaspoon each)
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Oregano

Heat a frying pan over medium heat
Add the olive oil
Scrub the potatoes and then cut into small cubes
Add potatoes to the pan, keep the potatoes moving so they don't stick to the pan
Add the salt and pepper, every so often stirring the potatoes
Add the Butter
Give the potatoes a few more minutes to cook then add the paprika, garlic powder, and oregano.
Cook the potatoes until they are fork tender usually like 5-10 minutes total.
